i just bought spring valley Acai Supplements and it says take two capsules a day, with meals.
Meals is plural i know but do i take two a day with one meal? or like breakfast/dinner.
Do i take it before or after i eat?
I cant find that answer anywhere. hope someone can help! thanks.
